All chefs and student workers are all ServSafe trained. A student with food allergies can request at any station that their meal be prepared with a "Purple Kit" to prevent cross-contact.
At The Garden, there is a self-serve salad bar. A student could ask for a salad to be made in the back if they are concerned about cross-contact.
For those students who cannot be safely eat at any station, after meeting with the dietitian, they will be connected with a chef on a case-by-case basis.
