Specific areas

Our FAZE 7 has our most robust cross-contact procedures in place, as the station excludes 7 of the top 8 allergens from all menu items (dairy, eggs, soy, gluten, shellfish, peanuts & tree nuts). This includes the prep space in that area, as well as all equipment. We feature a selection of made-to-order options daily, a well as occasionally having the station be entirely made to order (for example, a made-to-order gluten free pasta bar). At other made-to-order stations, our staff are able to accommodate for special dietary needs in most cases (for example, preparing a gluten free sandwich at our deli or using a clean pan to prepare an omelet without dairy). Staff are trained to find a manager for questions & requests they are not sure how to accommodate.

Additional information

3. We have procedures in place to lower the risk of cross-contact in made-to-order areas.
