2. We provide access to ingredient information for self-serve* items. *Self-serve - Meals that are served buffet-style in a dining hall. These are typically high risk for cross-contact and are best avoided by diners with food allergies.
No, allergy ingredients will not be labeled. We prepare products in common kitchens with shared equipment so we cannot guarantee items are not exposed to other products in our kitchens. We encourage you to ask the chef or manager so we can provide you with the information you need to make the best decision for yourself.

Students seeking accommodation(s) must make a request for EACH semester an accommodation is needed. Accommodations will not be automatically renewed. To request an accommodation, the student must submit a Student Request for Accommodations form and the required medical documentation to the Office of Accessible Education Services.
