Enjoy gluten-free packaged food and dishes prepared without wheat (PWW) in-house with less worry of cross-contact in our Free! Room, located in Erdman Dining Hall. This allergy-friendly space is where you can eat with less worry. Access requires a meeting with the Campus Dietitian. NOTE: Erdman does not have a certified gluten-free kitchen.

Students with food allergies and/or related dining issues should complete the Special Diet Needs Form and return it to the college’s dietician via mail or email. Additionally, students should make an appointment to see the dietician by contacting Natalie Zaparzynski at nzaparzyns@brynmawr.edu or 610-526-7417. The dietician will work individually with you to develop your knowledge about menu items that fit your food restrictions. You may be required to provide medical documentation depending on your circumstances.
