Pure Eats is an allergen-friendly station located inside Frank Dining Hall that features menu items made without the top 9 allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, fish, shellfish, milk, wheat, sesame, and soy) as well as gluten. Pure Eats features lunch and dinner options prepared with naturally allergen-friendly ingredients, such as vegetables, herbs, rice, quinoa, and meat. In addition to hot entrees, Pure Eats is stocked with a selection of gluten-free breads, rolls, and bakery items that can be toasted in Pure Eat’s designated toaster. Pure Eats utilizes designated purple equipment, such as cutting boards, knives, and cookware for Pure Eats menu item preparation.* To view the Pure Eats menu, go to the menus tab on the Dine on Campus Website or the Colgate App.
