Disabled students should make arrangements to meet with the Program Director and/or our onsite ADA Coordinator prior to the start of class to review facilities and required accommodations. Reasonable assistance is provided through a variety of services tailored to particular students’ needs in an effort to equalize educational opportunities for students. Support services are provided on an individual needs basis and should be discussed with the ADA coordinator.
If an applicant or student would like to request any accommodation(s), they should do so before the start of their program to ensure the appropriate accommodations can be implemented in a timely manner. The applicant or student requesting accommodation(s) must have their health care provider complete both pages of the ADA Participation and Accommodation Request Form (link provided on this page). The applicant or student must then email the completed form to DisabilityServices@UnitekCollege.edu for review.
