Team members are trained to take precautions in order to minimize the risk of cross contact.
Self serve stations are wiped down and utensils are swapped out often. Team members are trained to mitigate cross contact and offer separate items not yet on the line upon request from students avoiding an allergy.
Please reach out to the Registered Dietitian to work out a plan to better meet your allergen needs. When you arrive in the dining hall, ask for a manager or chef to find items that work for your needs. We never want you to leave hungry.
We will have a G8 station in fall of 2022, this section of the dining hall will serve food made without the top 8 allergens. There are also dairy free milk and gluten free options at all dining halls.
