Fraser Dining Hall's True Balance station is an allergen-zone kitchen with menus created and prepared by our chef and registered dietitian. All menu items at this station are made without the top 8 most common food allergens in the United States. (Wheat, Dairy, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Peanuts, Treenuts, Soy)
