We use planograms at our stations to make sure all similar ingredients (proteins, vegetables, dairy) are placed together.
Students that meet with the RD on site are allowed to make special dietary accommodations.
The True Balance program is designed to accommodate students with food allergies and help alleviate their concerns as they make meal selections in our residential dining rooms. The program is deigned as a comprehensive solution for running an Allergen Solutions station and is for customers who need to avoid one or more of the top nine food allergens.

It must be requested in advance. However, we make sure we always offer a vegan and made-without-gluten option in our menus.
We instruct the RAs and resident life staff to contact the Registered Dietitian with dining for any new students with dietary restrictions or allergies.
