Omelet station and pasta station will have nutritional information posted.
Cooks have a separate pan available to make dish for students with allergies and we can get ingredients that have not been on the line to add to the dish.
In our salad bar we try to keep foods separated, we also can provide salad options from foods that are not on the line.
The student will need to contact the campus dietitian to set up a pre-order meal.
All our staff that work with the Simple Servings allergen free station have gone through a training on working with allergen free foods and decreasing cross-contact.
Students will need to let the area coordinator know of their food allergies.
They will need to contact disability services and produce the proper documentation via email, fax, mail, or drop off.
