We are pleased to offer Sodexo's award-winning Simple Servings station, an allergen and gluten free program, in The Caf all-you-care-to-eat student restaurant. We prepare food in a separate area of the kitchen including a dedicated oven, steamer, spices, and cooking equipment. The Simple Servings station is a separate and distinct area, with no cross-traffic into the station further reducing cross-contact with allergens. Simple Servings staff are required to take and pass the AllertrainU food allergy course offered by MenuTrinfo.
