Our Gluten & Nut Free Pantries contain many individually packaged condiments, frozen meals, snacks, and other items to help reduce the risk of cross contact. The pantries contain microwaves and toasters to help reduce the risk of cross-contact with gluten, peanuts, and tree nuts.
The True Balance station at West Campus Dining Hall serves a fresh made breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday through Saturday and brunch and dinner on Sunday. All foods served are prepared from ingredients without the top 9 allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish, and sesame) nor gluten. Please note, some ingredients used at the station do have precautionary allergen labelling for top 9 ingredients. Student with questions about this should reach out to the dietitian to discuss.
We recommend admitted students with food allergies reach out to our dietitians at scdining@bu.edu to create a plan for dining successfully at BU.
