Many stations have top 9 allergens and full ingredient lists available on our online menu. All stations have full ingredient lists available on request in the dining hall. While online menus list ingredients and allergens, substitutions can be made at any time. Students with allergies or severe food-related medical conditions should exercise caution and follow-up with a manager to check most up-to-date ingredient labels.

The True Balance station at West Campus Dining Hall serves a fresh made breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday through Saturday and brunch and dinner on Sunday. All foods served are prepared from ingredients without the top 9 allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish, and sesame) nor gluten. Please note, some ingredients used at the station do have precautionary allergen labelling for top 9 ingredients. Student with questions about this should reach out to the dietitian to discuss.

Epinephrine is available at Student Health Services' main office at 881 Commonwealth Avenue ONLY when Student Health Services is open. Students who have been prescribed epinephrine should carry it with them at all times.
