Fitchburg State University's Dining Services if fully committed to accommodating guests with dietary restrictions.  We offer a special menu and program for students with Celiac disease that features a variety of individually prepared items to order as well as a number of gluten free pre-packaged items. Please visit our food allergy sensitive zone in Holmes Dining Hall for a variety of offerings and information.  Be sure to grab a Navigating Food Allergines and Special Diets on Campus booklet!  Also available in Holmes Dining Hall are numerous vegetarian, low fat, reduced sodium and other health conscious options that are offered at our ROOTED station on a daily basis.
