1. Make Appointment with Disability Services Director
In this meeting, you will register with us. We will meet to discuss your concerns and determine what accommodations and services are needed. All nonacademic accommodations (including housing) must be discussed in person as well.
2. Complete Accommodation Request Form
Once you've registered with our office, you will fill out an Accommodation and Services Request Form with your signature to the Office of Disability Services. Nonacademic accommodations (including housing) must be discussed in person.
3. Submit Documentation
We will review your documentation to determine the need for appropriate services and accommodations that are necessary and effective, and that do not compromise the academic standards of the college.
