We offer a G8 station free from gluten and the top 8 allergens at The Commons.
We make some effort to prevent cross-contact in all areas.
No formal system available. We will make Pre-Orders Available on case by case bases to supports with food allergies if the allergen friend station is not open or available.

Managers and chefs receive training through ServSafe as well as our internal food allergy protocol. We provide a Food Allergy Basic, Celiac and Avoiding Gluten Training.

Our daycare (off main campus) has Epi-pens.
The Department of Public Safety on campus does not carry epinephrine. Please carry your epinephrine, as a first responder/ambulance would be the only back up.
Please remember to carry your epinephrine. Ambulances can take 30+ minutes to get to campus.
