There is a separate kitchen space within the Commons, including separate prep area, cooler, freezer, oven, sink, service area, warmer and cook.
Be aware that we handle and prepare egg, milk, wheat, shellfish, fin fish, soy, peanut and tree nut products, and other potential allergens in the food production areas of our facilities. Please direct questions to our managers, chefs, or registered dietitian.
The G8 station is closed during the weekend. Special meals for the weekend can be pre-ordered via the nutrition text2serve line: (314) 222-7656

Lead chefs and managers not only have basic food allergy and celiac disease training, they also have allergen ServSafe certifications.

Our daycare (off main campus) has Epi-pens.
The Department of Public Safety on campus does not carry epinephrine. Please carry your epinephrine, as a first responder/ambulance would be the only back up.
Please remember to carry your epinephrine. Ambulances can take 30+ minutes to get to campus.
