There is a Delicious Without Ghost Kitchen at Garst Dining Center where students can order through an app and choose their preference of meal that avoid the 9 major allergens. If there is a specific need for a student with an allergen, please reach out to us and we can accommodate.
The Delicious Without station in Garst and Blair-Shannon dining center has special kitchenware, storage, and preparation space to eliminate the possibility of cross-contact within our kitchens. These stations are also served by a member of our team, and only clean plates from behind the counter are used.
