Students should reach out to the Campus Dining Dietitian & Executive Chef to create a plan for meal pick-ups, if required.
True Balance station is available during lunch and dinner meal periods. Custom meal pick-ups are available for breakfast, upon request and with advanced planning with campus dining Dietitian & Executive Chef.
All managers, supervisors, executive chefs, & Registered Dietitians are trained in AllerTrain. Select hourly associates are trained in Allertrain Lite. All other hourly associates are trained in handling Allergens and dietary restrictions by the campus dining Dietitian. All prospective/current student questions around training & food allergies should be directed first to campus dining Dietitian.
Students in need of special housing modifications and/or meal plan modification are required to submit their request through housing application or by contacting the office of Disability Support Services.
