We developed a station, Bowl Life, located in the Market Place in the Chamberlain Student Center, which offers allergen friendly options to students with one or more of the top 8 major food allergies (Wheat, Dairy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Shellfish, Fish, and Eggs, including gluten).
If you don't have time to stop into the Market Place, be sure to stop into Holly Pointe Dine In or order via Grubhub from Holly Pointe To Go, located in Holly Pointe Commons, and check out our designated allergen station, GR8. We offer a hot entree with three sides as well as Udi's bread, bagels, muffins, and allergen friendly cookie offerings at this station. Similar to Bowl Life, this station is separate from our main kitchen and dedicated to preparing items without the top 8 major food allergens.
