Adjacent to the station is a closed off gluten-free pantry with card access only for our friends with Celiac or need glute-free dining. We offer packaged items such as GF breads, bagels, individually portioned butter, peanut butter, cream cheese, frozen meals, fruit cups, kettle chips, dessert items, and microwavable GF pasta. There is a microwave, mini freezer, and toaster. Additionally, disposable serviceware. Access granted by request.
Our allergen training topics include: Top 9 allergens, Celiac disease, food intolerances, minimizing cross-contact, and safety procedures for when a food allergy reaction occurs
We have a Certified AllerTrainer on staff that provides training to all staff on a regular basis.
