Our Safe Meal Preparation policy is our standard for handling allergens and it includes the following practices.

  • Proper handwashing and use of non-latex gloves
  • Clean equipment and sanitized workspaces
  • Use of dedicated purple allergen kits and labeled storage
  • Specially prepared diet meals are labeled with our “Crafted with Caution” sticker
