THE KITCHEN@CapU offers an allergen friendly action station where food is prepared to order by trained staff to prevent cross-contact with allergen containing products. Gluten-free products are available in THE KITCHEN for individuals requiring products made without gluten.
To ensure allergen and gluten safety, Aladdin Managers and Chefs complete the ServSafe Allergen training and all staff receiving training on an annual basis. Please schedule a meeting with the Director of Dining Services at the beginning of school to review your dietary needs.
