VerifiedRocket Dining works collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff to frequently assess options available on campus. Through these collaborations, Delicious Without, a dedicated allergen-friendly station at Food Hall, was created.
Delicious Without features menu items prepared without gluten and the nine most common allergens – peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, eggs, dairy, soy, wheat, and sesame.
Ingredients are available on our website and upon request in all dining locations.

There are separate tongs and serving utensils for every item in the self-serve areas, and students can request self-serve items from backup containers.
Students can schedule a meeting before the start of the semester or any time of the year with our Registered Dietitian. In this meeting, the discussion will center on the allergy/medical condition, a review of the menu items and ingredients, if any specialty products are needed, cross-contact issues, and any further questions or concerns that need to be addressed.
The Delicious Without Station is specially designed for our students with allergies and is located in the Food Hall @ Ottawa East dining hall.
