At Hoff Dining Commons, we are proud to offer our Delicious Without station, designed to meet the needs of those seeking meals made without the top nine allergens and gluten. Our chefs and cooks undergo rigorous FARE allergen training before working at this station, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care. To prevent cross-contact, we maintain separate utensils, cookware, ovens, plates, and serving tongs dedicated solely to this station. Delicious Without features a variety of options, including avoiding gluten pizzas with dairy-free cheese, avoiding gluten sandwiches, a self-contained salad bar, avoiding gluten and dairy-free desserts, as well as avoiding gluten cereals, oatmeal, and muffins. Guests can also enjoy hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, with a rotating menu of entrées that always includes freshly prepared starch, vegetables, and protein. The station is conveniently located next to the salad bar and is the first station you’ll see when you enter Hoff Dining Commons. You can explore our daily menus and ingredients online through our Dine on Campus website.
