"Simple Servings staff members are carefully trained to avoid cross-contact with food allergens.
While our dining facility is not allergen free, Simple Servings utilizes separate equipment, storage areas, utensils, and preparation areas to minimize the chances of gluten and allergens in our Simple Servings foods."
All managers, chefs, supervisors, registered dietitians and those working with Simple Servings station are required to hold the AllerTrain certificate. Food Allergy 101 for Simple Servings is required for all staff on hire and at least annually. Ongoing food allergy training is provided weekly to frontline staff meetings. Specific receiver training for food allergy management is required.
