Our Simple  Servings station located in the Eagle Eatery Dining Hall offers a meal free of the top eight allergens milk, eggs, wheat, gluten, soybean, tree nuts, peanuts and shellfish. This station has its own pantry and designated kitchen equipment to eliminate cross-contamination and cross-contact.

Our Simple Zone self-serve pantry offers items free of gluten, tree nuts and peanuts with a designated toaster and waffle iron to prevent cross-contamination. This pantry is stocked with a variety of safe breads, bagels, beverages, desserts, salad dressings as well as salads and fruit bowls made by our Simple Servings team.
