Separate serving utensils are used for each self-serve item in the dining hall. All serving dishes and utensils are washed and sanitized between meal periods to lower the risk of cross-contact.
Magnolias Zero7 was created to fulfill the growing need for dining options for students with various allergies and dietary needs. The Magnolias Zero7 kitchen uses separate coolers, storage areas, equipment, utensils, uniforms, and serving areas to minimize the possibility of cross-contact with allergen-containing foods. Providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Magnolias Zero7 meals are made fresh daily. The rotating menu is designed to produce diverse options reflective of the season. All meals cooked in Magnolias Zero7 are always soy, egg, wheat/gluten, shellfish, dairy, tree nut, peanut, and sesame FREE.
