- Take caution with bakery items. Any items prepared onsite have the potential to have come in contact with other ingredients in the kitchen.
- At the salad bar and deli station students may request produce or meats that are stored behind the counter from the employee working at those stations.
- Due to the self-serve nature of the residential dining hall, if you have been prescribed an Epi-pen, carry it with you at all times.
- You may ask a dining employee to change their gloves.
- You may ask a dining employee to use a new utensil or a fresh pan at made to order stations.
- At the salad bar and deli station students may request produce or meats that are stored behind the counter from the employee working at those stations.
In the salad bar area, the top 9 allergen containing foods are placed at the end.
Any customer with a food allergy may order in advance. The menus are available 4 weeks out, subject to changes due to supply chain issues. The customer may send an email a day in advance to the food service director and chef managers. The email should contain the customer's name, date and time of meal pick up, the selected menu items, and the allergen(s).
Talk to the RA and let them know of the food allergy (ies).
