The grill uses two grills to separate meat and non-meat grill items.
Flaming skillet uses different utensils for meat & non-meat items. Pans are washed after each use.
Please inform the staff of any allergies when eating outside of Simple Servings.

The 8th FDA specified allergen, fin fish, is still offered at our station; However, it is only ever included in 'obvious' fish dishes - whole pieces of fish. No fish sauce is ever allowed at Simple Servings.
