All staff members receive comprehensive allergen training, with additional levels of training for specific roles. Our culinary team undergoes advanced training to ensure proper food preparation and handling, while managers and Delicious Without station staff receive the highest level of training to maintain a safe, allergen-free environment. This training is refreshed annually to ensure ongoing compliance and awareness.
