Ingredient information is readily available upon request. Each production station maintains a recipe packet containing standardized recipes and ingredient information for every menu item prepared at that station. This allows our culinary staff to accurately answer questions regarding ingredients and potential allergens. Team members are trained to reference these recipes and seek additional guidance when needed. We also have an Ingredient Expert or chef available during every meal period to assist guests with questions regarding allergens and dietary restrictions.

Ingredient information is available for all self-serve products. Packaged items, such as cereals and individually wrapped products, include manufacturer ingredient and allergen labels. For freshly prepared items, including those offered on the salad bar, ingredient information is available through standardized recipes maintained by our culinary team.

We follow Chartwells' allergen management and food safety standards to minimize the risk of cross-contact. In addition, we offer a dedicated allergy-friendly station called Delicious Without. This station is managed exclusively by an allergen-trained chef who is responsible for preparing, plating, and serving all meals. Dedicated equipment, utensils, and preparation procedures are used to reduce the risk of cross-contact and provide a safer dining option for guests with food allergies.

All dining team members receive allergen awareness and food safety training during onboarding and complete annual refresher training. We utilize the FARE food allergy training program as the foundation of our allergen education. Training emphasizes allergen awareness, proper food handling, cross-contact prevention, sanitation, and effective communication with guests regarding dietary accommodations. All dining employees receive comprehensive allergen and food safety training led by our management team and nutrition resources.
