Located in Riverside Commons, this station provides items made without gluten containing ingredients. Gluten-friendly items in the cooler: Hot dog buns, sandwich bread, tortillas. Packaged condiments: Peanut butter, jelly, butter, Nutella. Gluten-Friendly Breakfast Cereals: Rice and corn Chex, Cheerios, Rice Krispies, grits. This station has a toaster for gluten-friendly items only, as well as gluten-friendly waffle maker with waffle batter and syrup. 

Located in Freddy's C-Store and The Rapids offer On-the-Go fruits, vegetables and snacks daily.

For lunch and dinner, this station features a hot protein, fresh and steamed vegetable, starch, rice, composed of salads and soup. To prevent the cross contact of allergens, the food is prepared and served using separate purple utensils and a Chartwells associate serves guests. The Avoiding Gluten pantry provides items such as bread, hot dog buns, tortillas, cereals, and waffles made without gluten-containing ingredients.
